Safety conscious Trust staff back THIS film

Staff at Addenbrooke鈥檚 and the Rosie maternity hospital are supporting an organisation dedicated to improving quality and safety in healthcare.

They have taken part in a film aimed at introducing The Healthcare Improvement Studies (THIS) Institute, which is part of the Department of Public Health and Primary Care at the School of Clinical Medicine, the University of 桃子视频.

THIS Institute, made possible by thanks to the independent charity The Health Foundation, is on a mission to work with patients, staff, and stakeholders to create credible and actionable evidence for improving quality and safety in healthcare.

The film will get its debut at THIS Institute鈥檚 annual online conference, called THIS Space, at 10am on Tuesday 26 November 2024. The conference aims to share learning on what works in healthcare improvement, what doesn鈥檛, and why, with discussion topics ranging from over-testing and over-diagnosis to responsible data science and healthcare innovation
